Payments for services are due according to the schedule outlined in your specific invoice or service contract. MO YANGRONG TECHNOLOGY LLC reserves the right to temporary suspension of services in the event of late payments until the account is brought to good standing.

3. Intellectual Property

All creative materials, strategies, and assets developed by Peak Growth Media remain the sole property of the agency until full and final payment is received. Upon completion of payment, ownership and usage rights are officially transferred to the client.

4. Limitation of Liability

Peak Growth Media and MO YANGRONG TECHNOLOGY LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, fluctuations in ROI or changes in third-party platform algorithms (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok) that may affect campaign performance.

5. Governing Law

These terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana, United States.
