Peak Growth Media is operated by MO YANGRONG TECHNOLOGY LLC. We provide specialized digital marketing services, including strategic planning, creative design, and ad management. Due to the nature of these professional services and the manual labor involved, the following policy applies:

1. Service Refunds

As our services involve custom strategic work and immediate allocation of resources, refunds are generally not provided once the work has commenced or the onboarding process has been completed.

2. Monthly Retainers & Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a recurring service or monthly retainer, you must provide written notice at least 15 days before the next billing cycle. Cancellations requested after this period will apply to the following month.

3. Third-Party Ad Spend

Please note that all ad spend is paid directly to advertising platforms (such as Meta, Google, or TikTok). These funds are managed by the respective platforms and are non-refundable under any circumstances by Peak Growth Media.

4. Service Discrepancies

We take pride in our work. If you believe the service delivered does not align with the agreed-upon scope of work in your contract, please contact us immediately. We will work diligently to find a resolution or adjust the strategy to meet the project objectives.
