Terms of Service

By engaging with Peak Growth Media, you agree to the following legally binding terms and conditions:

• Professional Services: We provide expert advertising, design, and strategic services. While we strive for peak performance and high ROAS, advertising involves market risks, and we do not guarantee specific financial outcomes or sales figures.

• Client Responsibilities: To achieve optimal results, the client agrees to provide necessary brand assets, credentials, and timely feedback. Delays in providing materials may result in project timeline extensions.

• Payment & Late Fees: Invoices are due upon receipt or according to the agreed schedule. Peak Growth Media reserves the right to pause all active campaigns and services if an account is more than 7 days overdue.

• Intellectual Property: Upon full payment of all invoices, the ownership of final creative designs and assets is transferred to the client. Peak Growth Media retains the right to display work in our professional portfolio and marketing materials.

• Confidentiality: Both parties agree to protect sensitive business information, including internal strategies, trade secrets, and financial data shared during the partnership.

• Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement if the other party breaches these terms. Upon termination, the client is responsible for paying for all work completed up to the date of termination.
